The LKM06L is a surface mounted magnetic lock series with 600 lbs holding force. LKM06L has dual voltage (12 or 24 VDC) and low current consumption with anodized aluminum housing.
LKM06L has a built-in voltage spike suppressor and no residual magnetism.
Different types of bracket and housing are available to fit various mounting conditions.

What type of button or switch come with this unit to release the door? Can this unit be operated by multiple buttons or switches?

The LK-M06L listing is just for the magnetic lock (magnet, armature plate, hardware pack), it would not include any switches or power devices. Does this lock have a time delay for the push to exit button? I have already installed this magnet and have it hooked up but as soon as I let go of the exit button the magnet is reenergized.

No, the LK-M06L does not have any input to trigger a time delay. When power is applied to the lock it will lock instantly, when power is removed it will unlock instantly. To resolve your issue we would recommend using a Push-to-Exit button with a built-in timer to cut power directly to the maglock for a few seconds. Button Examples (TS-2T, 423P, EX-06).
