Are there dip switches to change bondstat and DPS switches from normally closed to normally open.

No. There is no need to change this as both the Bondstat and DPS switches are (SPDT/Form C). This means you will have a COM, NO & NC for each switch allowing you to wire it as Normally Closed or Normally Open (your choice).
