I purchased a SECURITRON M32F MAGNALOCK 32 - 600 LBS HOLDING FORCE for my driveway duel swing gates approximately a year ago.
Recently, the magnetic lock has failed To stay together in strong winds. Is this a maintenance issue or a faulty product?

There could be a few things going on with that lock. (Armature Alignment, Power Supply, Damage, etc) or simply an Insufficiently Sized lock for the application.
