People Remain Accountable
AI supports internal work; people remain responsible for decisions and communications.
Maglocks.com is a division of Gravino Group, LLC. We use artificial intelligence (AI) carefully and in a supporting role to help our people research, analyze, organize, and improve approved internal work. People remain responsible for the information we publish, the service we provide, and the business decisions we make.
AI does not interact directly with Maglocks customers. We currently do not deploy AI chatbots, AI sales agents, AI technical-support agents, or autonomous AI decision tools on Maglocks.com. AI may support internal research and analysis, but a person remains responsible for anything ultimately published, communicated, recorded, or decided.
AI supports internal work; people remain responsible for decisions and communications.
AI does not communicate with customers on Maglocks.com’s behalf.
AI use is limited to approved tools and approved business purposes.
AI-supported work is reviewed before it is published, recorded, or relied upon.
Approved AI tools may assist our employees with internal support activities such as:
AI output is treated as proposed work, not as an approved fact, instruction, commitment, or final decision. A person must review the work before Maglocks relies on it, publishes it, records it, or uses it in a business decision.
Customer service, product selection assistance, technical support, quotations, order questions, returns, and other customer communications remain the responsibility of Maglocks personnel. AI does not replace the experience or judgment of our employees.
If internal AI-assisted research or analysis informs information that may ultimately be provided to a customer, an authorized person reviews the relevant facts, product details, prices, claims, privacy considerations, and business commitments before that information is used.
Our internal rules do not permit AI to independently:
We do not use AI as the sole or final basis for decisions about employment, credit, eligibility, pricing, legal rights, safety, payments, or other matters that could materially affect a person. When AI supports internal analysis, an authorized person remains responsible for reviewing the information for accuracy, relevance, context, and potential unfair bias.
AI may be used only through approved tools and for approved business purposes. When business information is permitted for an AI-supported task, we require controlled access and limit the information to what is reasonably necessary for that task.
Customer information may be included in an AI-supported task only when the tool, business purpose, and type of information have been approved. The information must be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled under the applicable privacy, security, access, and retention requirements.
Passwords, recovery codes, complete payment-card numbers, and complete banking credentials are not intentionally submitted to general-purpose AI tools. AI is not authorized to independently approve or execute a payment, refund, or banking change.
Our handling of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy. Our use of an AI tool does not remove our responsibility to protect information or follow our existing security, privacy, and record-handling requirements.
AI can produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. For that reason, Maglocks personnel remain responsible for reviewing information before it is used. We do not treat AI output by itself as proof of product compatibility, availability, pricing, performance, code compliance, or installation suitability.
Access-control and life-safety requirements can vary by product, application, location, and governing authority. Customers and installers remain responsible for confirming applicable building, fire, electrical, accessibility, and life-safety requirements with the appropriate qualified professionals and authorities having jurisdiction.
Gravino Group maintains internal rules for approving AI tools and uses, assigning human responsibility, protecting information, testing higher-risk workflows, reporting problems, and stopping work that falls outside an approved scope.
Before approving an AI service for business use, we consider its purpose, access, security, privacy practices, permitted data, data retention, model-training practices, human controls, and our ability to stop using the service or revoke its access. We periodically review actual AI use against our rules and update our practices as our business and the technology develop.
If you have a question or concern about this AI Governance Policy or believe information provided by Maglocks may be inaccurate, please contact us or call 1.866.500.5625.
If you report a concern involving possible AI-assisted information, a member of our team will review the matter, verify the relevant facts, correct inaccurate information when appropriate, and determine whether an internal use or process should be changed or stopped.
We may revise this policy as artificial-intelligence technology, business practices, and legal or regulatory expectations change. The current version will be posted on this page.
