Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method, weight and dimensions of each item and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are adjusted as changes are applied to your shopping cart. We are not in business to "profit" from shipping and delivery, your cost are a fair estimate ¹ of the expense we incur.

Order Processing and Delivery Time
All items indicated to be in stock are shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 1:00pm EST. In-stock items ordered after 1:00pm EST will be shipped on the following business day. Our preferred shipping service is UPS, we also utilize USPS, Federal Express (FedEx) and DHL where applicable. Our main warehouse is located in Amsterdam, New York. However, for select products we also distribute from geographically placed regional warehouses to reduce shipping time.
Availability: Most of the items we carry are available to ship the same or next day, others in 2-3 days (equipment builds), while some may take as many as several weeks (custom products and custom finishes). The "Availability" value is an estimate.
We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible and most in stock items ship the very same day if the order is received before 1:00pm EST.

Method of delivery: Our preferred shipping method is UPS (other carriers available as needed). Standard Ground freight will be dependent on your location and the shipping warehouse your order is shipping out of;
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Saturday delivery options are also available for rush orders.

Business Day: Additionally, please note that delivery time is based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Occasionally there are unexpected shipping delays due to inclement weather. Please check the UPS Website for any conditions that may adversely affect your shipment.
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as 'in-stock' when you place your order could, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be delayed. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments UPS tracking number(s) will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on UPS.com.
Orders shipping to residential addresses will be sent UPS Signature Required. UPS will obtain the recipient's signature or other electronic acknowledgement of receipt from the recipient and provide maglocks with a printed copy. Maglocks may also view the recipient's signature or electronic acknowledgement of receipt online to confirm receipt of equipment. Incorporating immediate proof of delivery into our shipping process ensures your equipment has been received by the appropriate party.
Free Shipping Offers
These special offers apply to "Standard Shipping" which will be UPS Ground (2-6 days for cross-country delivery). Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only. Special offers for free shipping do not run continually and will require a promotional code.
Orders placed using PayPal as your payment option must be confirmed prior to shipping. To expedite this process and have your order shipped as quickly as possible please provide a valid phone number at checkout.
